陪伴慢飛天使成長 籲早接受療育
【台灣醒報記者貝薈涵台北報導】「家有遲緩兒的父母需調整生活步調，陪伴孩子一同成長。」同是亞斯伯格症小孩的母親，台北市長柯文哲夫人陳佩琪29日出席「愛孩童幸福節」起跑活動，以過來人身份分享照顧慢飛天使（遲緩兒）的艱難與辛酸，並與慢飛天使小卉攜手勇闖快閃兒童站互動裝置關卡。伊甸基金會資源發展處處長張炎玉呼籲，民眾應關注孩童成長，並確保每個孩子接受應有的教育。
根據伊甸基金會的資料顯示，台灣每年有10萬名慢飛天使需接受早期療育，20萬名來自失能家庭的孩童需要關懷與照顧。為了響應6月1日國際兒童節，伊甸基金會舉辦「愛孩童幸福節」活動，透過闖關遊戲趣味性的方式，增加大眾對慢飛天使的認識。「每個孩童都要愛。」伊甸基金會資源發展處處長張炎玉呼籲，民眾應關注孩童議題，並確保每個孩子，無論發展狀況如何，都能接受應有的教育。
「即使我是小兒神經內科醫師，自認有判斷的能力，但在兒子被診斷為亞斯伯格症時，還是難免陷入憂鬱之中。」陳佩琪表示，遲緩兒在語言、認知、情緒上的發展都較慢，由於症狀不明顯，往往錯過了6歲前的黃金療育期。她舉例，亞斯伯格的孩子看起來都很正常，只是人際關係不好、不太愛與人互動。因此當兒子出現人際問題的時候，她當下只是覺得孩子比較調皮，但殊不知這其實是亞斯伯格的症狀之一。
問及陪伴孩子的心情，陳佩琪說，「拿到重大傷病卡的時候，完全無法接受。」直到後來帶兒子到台大兒童精神科接受治療後，她才慢慢接受，並學習用自身專業引導他。當兒子有進步時，她也會覺得很開心，「但丈夫太忙了，都沒有人可以分享。」
6歲的慢飛天使小卉，3歲時還不會自己上廁所、吃飯，也不太說話。即使照顧她的外婆很有耐心地教導，也只能逐步建立她生活自理的能力，但還是不太會說話。外婆心力交瘁，直到早療資源介入，經過1年的療育和就學，才慢慢地變得活潑開朗、體貼家人等。陳佩琪呼籲，若家中小孩有出現發展遲緩的現象，應及早就醫。
100元標到百萬賓士 其實虧大了

台中地檢署7日舉辦扣押物拍賣會，首次拍賣重型機車引起各界關注，經過21次競標後以32萬賣出，順利賣出，另外一台價值200多萬的賓士，民眾只花100元就得標，看似撿到便宜，但網友實際計算，得標後的債權餘額、燃料稅和罰緩加一加，根本就是虧大了。

另一部保時捷Cayman原價298萬起跳，車況良好、里程數只有2,696公里，1元起標50萬得標，但加上債權201萬1487元、牌照稅15210元、燃料稅7200元，以及罰鍰900元，總共253萬4797元，再加45萬其實就能買到全新的一輛。
